Şevval Kurumlu

Şevval Kurumlu advises on various areas of private law at Regal Partners, with a particular focus on employment law, contract law and insurance law.

Her employment law practice covers the structuring of employer–employee relationships, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, assessing working conditions for compliance with legislation and handling employment termination processes. She supports companies in identifying legal risks in their employment practices and resolving employment disputes.

In contract law, she drafts agreements tailored to the needs of commercial relationships, reviews existing contracts and assists with negotiations. She advises on clearly defining the parties' rights and obligations, assessing contractual risks and preventing potential disputes.

Şevval also works on insurance contracts, policy terms and coverage assessments, as well as compensation claims and disputes arising from insurance relationships. She assists in determining the parties' rights and obligations and evaluating claims from a legal perspective.

Having studied at Özyeğin University, Şevval completed the “Corporate & Commercial Law I: Contracts & Employment Law” certificate programme offered by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign through Coursera.
