Nur Şentürk

Nur Senturk is an attorney at law at Regal Partners, advising local and international clients on fintech, technology, corporate and commercial law matters.

Her practice has a particular focus on the legal and regulatory framework governing financial technologies in Türkiye. She advises fintech companies, technology businesses, financial institutions and international clients on matters involving payment services and electronic money, digital financial products, regulatory compliance, market entry and cross-border business models.

Nur also advises companies on corporate and commercial matters, including day-to-day legal operations, commercial relationships, corporate structuring and regulatory requirements applicable to their activities in Türkiye. Her practice further covers data protection, e-commerce, intellectual property and dispute management.

Having studied and worked in both Türkiye and the United Kingdom, Nur regularly works on matters involving international businesses entering or operating in the Turkish market. She assists foreign clients in understanding the Turkish regulatory environment and structuring their operations in compliance with local requirements.

Nur holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster in London and a law degree from Istanbul Medipol University. She is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association.
