Nur Senturk

Nur Senturk is a qualified lawyer experienced in contracts, fintech, payments, licensing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and negotiations.

She completed her LL.M. in International Commercial Law at the University of Westminster with Distinction. Her thesis focused on 'Building Information Modelling and Dispute Resolution in Construction'. She graduated from Istanbul Medipol University, Faculty of Law in 2020.

She began her career as an attorney at a law firm in Turkey, providing advisory services on company mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate law. She subsequently worked as Legal Counsel at a London-based consultancy firm, providing legal advisory to regulated entities including Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), Payment Institutions (PI), Digital Banks and fintech companies.

She has also specialized in data protection and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, holding a GDPR - Data Protection Officer Training certificate.
