Elif Kiriş

Elif Kiriş is a consultant at Regal Partners, advising on intellectual and industrial property law, as well as marketing and advertising law. She has ten years of experience in these fields, working in law firms and as in-house counsel in Türkiye and the United Kingdom.

She supports Turkish companies operating across Türkiye, the United Kingdom and the European Union with international trademark registration strategies, portfolio management and trademark disputes. Her marketing law practice focuses on legal strategy for global campaigns, pre-publication review of advertising content and rights management in campaigns.

Elif graduated from Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Law in 2015 and completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at Brunel University of London with distinction. She qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales in 2025.
