Abdullah Arslan is an experienced legal professional specializing in banking and finance, capital markets law, investment law, energy and mining.
He graduated from Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Law in 2014. He completed his LL.M. degree at Queen Mary University of London in 2015. He obtained his Ph.D. from Ankara University in 2021.
During 2019, he was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University in New York. Abdullah worked at the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey for 6 years.
